KEY STRENGTHS

Our experience

We first started working in the UK offshore wind sector in the early nineties undertaking feasibility and site selection studies. Since then, RES Offshore has developed a strong in-house team and has acquired a wealth of experience built
not only on our participation in UK Rounds 1, 2 and 3 but also in the development of projects in Northern Ireland and France.

Integrated services

The integrated nature of our offshore capabilities is a key factor to our success in project delivery. RES Offshore has developed the expertise and experience to provide project delivery solutions for all aspects of offshore wind, wave and tidal energy projects. We know the offshore sector inside out. We are a one stop shop, able to provide end-to-end services to project developers.

When required, the offshore team is able to draw on the considerable technical and engineering resources of the RES Group and the experience that comes from the delivery of more than 5000MW of onshore wind energy projects. The RES Group is a broad based developer with in-house expertise in all aspects required for the successful delivery of projects; from technical, environmental and development capabilities to engineering, construction and O&M expertise. In the past 20 years RES has built a depth of valuable experience through the realisation
of wind energy projects in a range of international markets. This knowledge, expertise and experience are available to support the offshore team through the Group's technical, engineering and HSQE departments.
